All rates are weekly and apply to the villa (not per person) and are inclusive of state tax, sales tax, utilities and final cleaning for stays of 7 nights or longer.

  • 25% deposit required to secure booking. The full balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Damage deposit of $300 is required with final payment.

  • Payments made via PayPal will attract a 4% fee. Credit Card Payments made via our management company will attract a 4% fee + $15 handling charge.

  • Check in is 4pm, check out is 10am. Early check ins or late check outs require prior approval.

  • Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only, 8 weeks or less: Full amount.
